karma game

Just went on IGDA's website and in one of their forums I have discovered a new game that has been developed: Karma game http://www.karmagame.co/

Apparently the game records your actions throughout the game and allows you to fight with your past. Sounds like a pretty good idea.

I have now played the first level of the game (the free one) and it is quite badly implemented, actually.

I didn't enjoy playing as much as I was expecting to. You are controlling the character through the mouse and it is very difficult to be precise in your moves, and that makes the gameplay quite unenjoyable.
The main character has to finish a race course and in the second stage will compete against a ghost of himself, which is, in fact him in the previous level. All's good, but, because you have to complete 5 levels before you can move on, you end up competing with 4 ghosts at the same time and it gets confusing, as images over-lapse and visibility is reduced by that.

All in all, I would probably rate it 2 out of 5 after having played only the first level.

I really liked the layout of the CV and the fact that all important information is organised well, he has got the main information well organised. It is very clear what his qualifications are and more important what his skills are (personal and professional).
